Jamba Juice - Santa Rosa

I absolutely adore Jamba Juice! My friend and I make it a regular habit to visit this particular Jamba Juice location multiple times a week. We appreciate the fact that it is located in a quiet mall with a more relaxed atmosphere. The staff members are always friendly and provide quick service. While there is no seating inside Jamba Juice itself, there are chairs available in the mall just in front of the location where you can enjoy your smoothie. I would have given this location a perfect 5-star rating, but unfortunately, they have consistently been out of raspberry sherbet this summer. This may not seem like a major issue, but most of their smoothies contain raspberry sherbet, which happens to be our preferred choice. I truly hope they are able to sort out their inventory issues because the employees are fantastic! If they can keep their ingredients in stock, I will gladly give them a 5-star rating. However, for now, it's a 4-star rating from me. I'm getting tired of coming to this location only to find they are out of ingredients and end up having to visit another Jamba Juice instead. Until they resolve this raspberry sherbet shortage, I will be going to other locations.

The staff at this restaurant always makes you feel welcome, even when you have a 5-year-old child who is running around in circles. It was a much better experience than my visit to the Terra Linda location. I would recommend avoiding that place.

I visited Jamba today and was impressed by the fast service and delicious smoothie. However, I believe the experience could have been enhanced if the staff were friendlier. While placing my order, the employee at the register rolled her eyes. Additionally, I observed a family in front of me with a young girl who could not have been more than 4 or 5 years old. When the girl thanked the employee who made her drink, she was completely ignored. In my opinion, acknowledging and appreciating good manners, especially from young children, is important.

Jamba's employees are friendly, and knowledgable. They always make my smoothies thick for me, so yum! I prefer to get my shots fresh, though. I'm not a fan of the bottled shots, they taste very different, to me.

Tried a new cold brew with coconut cream whip and it was one of the best iced coffee drinks I've ever tried. The service was fast and we walked out happy customers.
