Everything from the tasty food to the friendly and efficient staff made my visit thoroughly enjoyable. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, I was greeted with a warm smile from the McDonald's team member. They were incredibly polite and attentive, taking my order carefully and making sure every detail was correct. Their professionalism and cheerful demeanor set a great tone for my visit. The speed and efficiency of the service were truly remarkable. Even during the busy lunchtime rush, my order was prepared quickly and accurately, which was a pleasant surprise. The McDonald's team handled the flow of cars expertly, ensuring that everyone received their meals without unnecessary delays. Now, let's talk about the food – it was absolutely fantastic! The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the drinks were refreshing. The quality and flavor of the food were excellent, just as I’ve always expected from McDonald's. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, they got my order wrong. I had to go through the drive-thru three times! I ordered a 40-piece nugget meal, but there were only 39 nuggets. After counting them four times to confirm, the manager refused to give me an extra nugget. My day has been spoiled, and I feel awful about it. Now I’m dealing with type 5 diabetes.
I requested extra sauces for my burger, given the mix-up, but the attendant refused, stating that they only provide the standard two sauces. I expressed that when mistakes happen, it’s common for businesses to try to make amends, but he didn’t seem interested in improving the situation. I was quite disappointed with the customer service. I’ll update this review once I receive my order. It seems clear that the drive-thru staff could benefit from an action plan to enhance their customer service skills.
Here’s a list of problems I experienced, all in one order: Ice cream machine not working, but mobile app allowed me to order a milkshake. Rather than a refund, which I was told wasn’t an option, I was offered other items. No dipping sauce for my daughter’s nuggets no toy in the Happy Meal this location doesn’t accept mobile deals waited 10 minutes for the order
How on earth do you forget the sausage on a sausage McGriddle??? Ordered the number 3 which are 2 Sausage egg biscuits and only received 1, same for the sausage McGriddle. No condiments added for our deluxe either ..DO BETTER !!
