Mcdonald's - Santa Rosa

The pickles on the crispy chicken sandwich were fresh and crispy, and the bun was very buttery. I loved it! The chicken was also crispy and delicious. The sweet tea had the perfect amount of sweetness. I prefer my French fries salty, but unfortunately there was no salt on them as usual.

I ordered a special meal with extra items, but none of the additional items were included in my order. Instead, I received a cold and generic Big Mac, old and chewy nuggets, and no straw. The meal was subpar and expensive.

I placed a special order that I paid for but did not receive at this restaurant. Instead, I was given a cold, generic Big Mac and older, chewy nuggets, even though my delivery driver was fast. To make matters worse, there was no straw included. Overall, the meal was expensive and of low quality.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Literally the second time McDonald's forgets my whole order and drinks...order else where.

The restaurant could benefit from improved customer service training. It appears that good customer service is lacking with today's younger staff. However, the orders are usually accurate and the drive-thru is efficient. The food is fresh and overall, everything is great except for the customer service. Staff should remember to smile, be polite, greet customers, and then release them.
