River Vine - Santa Rosa

River Vine Cafe is what all the hotel cafés should strive to be; excellent food, excellent customer service, beautiful coating and a fast kitchen. Our first visit was a final 5 stars, today was more than 4.5. They serve a beautiful fresh Scones as a free appetizer, along with butter and a delicious homemade Blueberry Compote. Today's Scones would have used a fast reheating, but still tasty. Less admit that my eggs Benedict was warm, not hot. Again, wonderful taste and perfectly cooked for not hot enough. Last visit I enjoyed the country breakfast of eggs and sausage. About medium-sized eggs were cooked as I like them! My son Fried Chicken Sandwich was juicy and hot. The sweet potato fries were crunchy perfection. Last visit he enjoyed the excellent Angus Bierburger. And see the little potatoes on my plate? Best potatoes I had everywhere! Boiled, then fried in garlic butter (I think), they are a taste tomato I will try to duplicate at home! A bit on the expensive side for breakfast, but if you are looking for 5 star treatment and high quality food, River Vine Cafe is the place to eat!

Wonderful and beautiful atmosphere. Food was decent, though the pancakes were absolutely delicious! A little slow on the service but it was pretty busy when we went. Overall a great place for nice brunch.
