Taco Sagrado - Santa Rosa

I drove all the way from Novato to try the food at this restaurant (about a 40-minute drive). I ordered one of everything and loved everything, but my favorite orders were the trumpet ceviche, carnitas taco, and Mexican pizza with mushroom potato. I also really enjoyed the quesadilla - it had the best cashew cheese I've ever tasted! The prices were on the higher side, but the ingredients were top quality and free from chemicals, soy, and gluten that are common in vegan options. These dishes truly let the natural ingredients shine! They also cater events. I would consider getting married just for access to their delicious Sagrado tacos. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures because I ate everything so quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

I came across Taco Sagrado on my Instagram feed and it turned out to be a great find. They should consider creating a proper website to promote their business. As for the food, we tried the Al Pastor tacos, Baja tacos, and Gallo Negro. My favorite was the Al Pastor tacos, which had a nice flavor with a bit of heat. The Baja tacos had a generous portion of sweet potato. The beans and rice dish that accompanied the tacos was a great complement. I am excited to dine there again in the future.
