Waffle House - Santa Rosa County

I had no problem with the service but the last few times we have been in there the store is so HOT. This was at night so you think it would have been cool but it had to be set at that temperature. The server said she couldnt control it because it was locked.This time it was so hot that the cook literally was SWEATING into our food. Strange because any other waffle house has the air on and it's cool. Could not eat the food after I saw sweating into it. I am considering calling and reporting this. I stopped up there the following week to see if it was fixed and it was NOT.

The waitress named Debbie, who gets off at 9 o’clock and will be in bed 8 minutes after, who also lives over by oops alley, does not use gloves when handling food. I watched her 4 times handle food without gloves and doesn’t even wash her hands afterwards. I couldn’t finish my food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
