Crumbl Cookies Santee

The cookies were delicious. However, the curbside pickup process was not great. When I clicked on the app it told me I was 4th in line. I ended up waiting for the 2 cars in front of me, only to see them give up and go inside to get their orders. I didn't see any cookies come out for a while. Finally, after 15 minutes, the cookies arrived. A very polite child handed us our box. We hope for faster service next time. The box of cookies was warm and tasty.

The cookies are always great, just wish the customer service was better. The last two times I’ve ordered curbside, after 10 min a message popped up that told me to enjoy my cookies when I hadn’t received them had to go inside and pick them up. If that’s how your curbside is gonna be then don’t offer it. Just want a good experience for once.

I went to this restaurant with the sole purpose of trying the lemon blackberry cookie. However, when it was served to me, I was disappointed to find that there was no blackberry jam on it. When I inquired about this, I was told that they were out of the jam. I was puzzled as to why it was still on the menu, especially considering that I was charged the full price for it. This left me unimpressed with the experience.

Taylor and Paula provided outstanding customer service! Taylor assisted me over the phone to ensure that I could still purchase the NY cheesecake cookies before they ran out. I will definitely bring all my friends here and continue to do so. These ladies were fantastic, and the cookies were delicious!
