Incredible selection of breakfast dishes cereals, pancakes, and of course eggs. Comfortable, quiet setting. Easy access. One of our favorites for breakfast.

Great menu! Great food! I had an Eggs Benedict with sausage and white gravy. It was fabulous! Went there with my wife and nephew... we all had wonderful meals!

I was nervous that the Omelette Factory would lose its charm after moving into a new facility. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the new location. I waited until the crowds died down and have been a few times since always with the same experience. Great food, amazing service, reasonable prices. I've sat at the bar, tables and booths and always got fast service with a smile. I understand with labor getting more expensive a lot of places seem short staffed and stressed. At Omelette Factory they don't let your coffee cup get empty and the food is out fast. Parking is never an issue and I haven't had to wait more than 15 mins (Sunday during the church rush).

My cousin, who lives in Santee, and I made our first visit to this place for breakfast recently and found it a good option. Their basic omelettes use 4 eggs, which thought was a bit much, so we split one veggie omelette, home fries and whole wheat toast. The server was very pleasant and accommodating and the food was delicious. A little fruit even an orange slice would have made the meal perfect. The coffee (brewed, black) was very good too. They have many options for breakfast but we stuck with our favorite so I can't comment on other choices.

I did not think a brand new omelette factory could be worse than the old deteriorating disgusting previous restaurant, I was wrong the food was Burned, overcooked and the service was terrible with a major attitude
