1 word, EXCELLENT! This was the one place in the city I found has the perfect 1/2 and 3/4 scale, not to overcook neither bleeding in my plate, JUST PERFECT pink meat on the middle, asking for COLITA de CUADRIL for the perfect soft, juicy meat. Just to break!
