I ordered a silver with a spicy purée with a mint-jerk lemonade.First, the legends that I heard that the silvery of Don Peyo is the best of Santiago and that it is split with the spoon, it is completely true, I recommend it completely alone, if I am not mistaken it can also be served with a pastry salsa that I also tasted but so does not appreciate the flavor of the meat. The spicy puree, very tasty although not so spicy, expected me something rather strong but is a rich, not very spicy puré. From the lemonade nothing to say, perhaps very thick and not so refreshing as it was very loaded to lemon juice, although that can be personal taste. Plus soups with pepper on the table that is very much appreciated.I recommend it, I'd go back and try maybe another kind of accompaniment, because I'm going to the silverhead and I'd like to come back if or if.

The place too big, it looks like a casino. Food is rich, especially silver. There is a peeled bowl that caters to spectacular 'Pepe'.
Always a good alternative.... they have variety then serves all tastes in Chilean food. I have gone several times and I think the only thing I haven't liked is the stuffed ajis.... the rest always well prepared and with gentle and generally smiling attention. I have shop and rich borgoñas in addition to a sour that I have not tried and juices of pulp, not natural. Today we went with my polol and his children and mine and the variety that was asked was all rich and no one stayed with hunger. .
