Very good food and attention nothing to say all very friendly is one of my favorite places in question to go with family to enjoy the rich Peruvian food
Excellent dishes (rich and abundant), plus attention, is 5 stars. I recommend to share with friends, give a rich pisco sour of courtesy.
This is one of the first Peruvian restaurants which was opened in Chile. They have 3 or 5 different locations. At all of them they have a classic of the Peruvian cuisine : Pollo a las brasas , papas fritas ,ensalada y cremas. Para compartir
The chain of restaurants Ají Seco must be one of the best known in the country, I would dare say that there must be one in each commune of the capital, and if it is not so, I would not be surprised if in a couple of years more this is fulfilled. Immediately afterwards you will place your eyes in a great and beautiful fountain of water, a decoration according to the Peruvian culture, something like a welcome to another environment, since for a brief moment you forget that you are in the center, as you unzip something like that, it is appreciated. cupboard menu/ ≤br/ At the time of making eye contact with one of the mozos, this one approaches, welcomes you and leads you to a typical table. ¢Übr/ ¢Übr/ While you are concentrated watching the menu you will see a small pan with about 4 or 5 bowls and 2 containers of sauces on your table. This is where I must pause and mention that the quality of these appetizers has fallen, it is noted that the bread is on the edge of aged and is not fresh, but the sauces are in charge of covering this defect, even so it is a bit disappointing to get to a beautiful local, with good environment and to meet with old bread. And I must recognize that they know how to handle a lot of customers, that is highly valued, if you go with 30 people, for example, they will take between 15-20 min to serve everyone and if the occasion of the board is a birthday to each comensal they give you a small cup of sour pisco to provide, along with the classic greeting to the birthday girl and a little dessert with a candle accompanied by the singing of the young and your friends, a nice gesture. It's not a big deal, it's a big deal. That's what I'm talking about.
