To start, I asked for an aperitif with a touch of provoleta (which if felt) VERY rich, fresh and hot. Super good dish to leave and excellent choice. To eat I asked for a very good and capital bife, a meat that I had not tried before, but that in turn I found very rich, very juicy and something chiclosa. The mixture of flavor gave a very pleasant sensation in the mouth together with the excellent potatoes with acid cream of 3 types. I may think from my ignorance, but I find it quite inovatory and rich in flavor. Approve. My polola asked for an exquisite intercot, though fed fat, accompanied with some rosemary potatoes that were rich, but not as much as that acidic cream. The entrecot found it very saveable, but it is not the best I have ever tried. While I touch a very sympathetic mozo, I call attention to slowness, but beyond the food, they took a lot of time and it was stressful to see so many people in the front row while one was trying to eat.
A restaurant that usually doesn't kill me because I'm not a meat fan, but this time it captivated me! We asked for an entrance of truffled chorizo, my polelo a wide bife, I a gut that was delicious (recommended), fries to accompany and some eggplants with goat cheese, very rich!!! And a berries salad palta palmito, all very tasty and well cooked. After a Celestino pancake, but we asked for that because they pulled the chocolate volcano, bad there the restaurant, they got the richest dessert and more order. But that's how this note was won, very good!!
Not bad or very good. He's dealing with meats, and he must be understood to be inside a mall, I think you can't aspire to much more. The meat was well cooked and the salad was no problem. Attention is good and not slow.
The truth is that if you are not going to eat meat it is not very recommended to go. I didn't eat red meats so I ordered chicken with sprain and mushrooms and wasn't that rich. My sister asked for a burnt-up burger, but there was no problem changing it. Therefore, if you are going to go if or if you ask for meat because it is clearly your specialty.
My sister invited me on a rainy day but not cold, so we sat outside. The dip was very good, in two seconds we were with the order made, the served drinks and warm bread with butter and pepper. The order was a little delayed. We ordered a stock of meat a half, two slices of mozarella and chorizo and a half hamburger that I think was called Santabrasa, with bacon, cheese and caramelized onion. The best thing far was the broth, well tasty and hot and served with fried bread and parsley in small pieces. The empanadas disappointed us, I waited for a punch of taste and the truth is that they were very soft. The hamburger was rich and it was very abundant (sometimes we were regio), served with fries a little sparse but excellent. The burger's bread was brioche type, half a sweet, cisa that I like, but lacked freshness. He'd come back a thousand times for the broth.
