El Roto Chileno - Santiago Centro

I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and found the place to be cozy with well-balanced and thoughtful decoration. The service was attentive and we were seated promptly at a beautifully decorated table. We were given the menu and decided to try the Chilean Sandwich, which came in a variety of options including mechada, silver and lomo. We ordered the mechada with two cheeses and the mechada from the field. The meat was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The combination of mechada with brown cheese and fresh cheese in the two cheeses sandwich was a delightful pairing. We paired our sandwiches with Diem beer, although only the blonde version was available, it was served well in a cold glass. The table also had a variety of sauces available, with the cilantro sauce and pickled onion 'attention' sauce being especially noteworthy. Overall, it was a great experience with prices that were reasonable for the quality of food offered. My only suggestion would be to have a greater variety of beers available to pair with the delicious sandwiches.

Solo por el shop puse 3 estrellas, esperaba ambiente Chileno pero había música colombiana, aparte el cuadro estaba en el piso, me pareció descuidado...
