Italianni's - Santiago de Querétaro

My hosts in Mexico brought me here for a late dinner. It was only 15 minutes to close the time, but they allowed us. The salad I had was fresh, well presented and delicious. My hosts also enjoyed their dishes. It serves free bread with olive oil for the table. It is warm and authentic. Later I had lunch in her branch at the airport of Mexico City, and my experience there was just as good. Although I was alone, they served the same amount of free bread, which meant that I had a full lunch! Very recommended.

Been in Mexico for 2 weeks and needed to satisfy a desire. Hidden over this restaurant and had a nice meal. The chicken picata was very good. I will return.

I go here for Italian because they are everywhere and I am usually satisfied with the quality of food here, In never disappointed . It is a good place to go with the children and have an Italian soda

So yesterday I went with my family to Italianni, that was not my first time there, because it is a restaurant chain that will get you all the benefits of everything that is standardized. The food will always be good. The problem does not put the product on the service. The waiter was not rude, but the moment we politely asked him to take our order a few minutes later, he began to act as if every request was a pain in the ass. Once again he was not rude, but for me it was very unpleasant to ask for something. Anyway, if you want Italian food and have no knowledge of another place and you happen to be in Galerias or Antea, eat here.

Siempre ha sido nuestra opción #1 de comida Italiana, sin embargo el Italiannis de plaza Antea tiene un pésimo servicio y la comida sabe muy diferente a la que ofrece el Italiannis de Plaza Galerías aquí en Querétaro! La ensalada llegó marchita, y sin sabor, y la sopa 2 veces la trajeron fría! Durante mas de 1 hora que estuvimos, las 2 mesas que estaban sucias junto a la nuestra no fueron limpiadas, y además, la hostess estuvo gran parte del tiempo jugando con su hija con varias Barbies en la primera mesa que está junto al acceso del restaurante.Uno es mamá y entiende que a veces no hay con quien dejar a los hijos, pero a lo mejor se puede ver mas discreta si se ponen en una mesa tipo Gabinete.Regresaremos pero al de Galerías aunque nos quede mas lejos!!
