Doomo Saltado - Santiago de Surco

I'm back in Peru and one of our first places where we ate Doomo Saltado. The food was delicious. I had the Causa-Lomo-saltado. It was very good, but very filling. I didn't eat all Causa. Had a great taste. We also had the fried ice cream. There were two huge quantities. I would recommend 1 for 2 people. As for the price, it was moderately expensive. We had great service. The bathrooms were clean. I don't remember WiFi. I'd go back here. I'd just order the regular Lomo.

His peruvian japanese fusion, the doomo salado is their speciality... And it's worth going. You can also try makis and the tempura ice cream for dessert, definitely recomend it.

High expectations not fulfilled. Overall, the Doomo Saltado is not worth the price as for the rest of the dishes ramen, chicken catsu and salted yasaitame with pig, which was not properly cooked were on average.

Local confortable, para nada lujoso, con un excelente lomo saltado. Tienen que probar el helado Tempura. Una delicia. Problema: a veces hay que esperar hasta media hora para ser atendidos. Si tienen paciencia, es un buen lugar para disfrutar un excelente lomo.
