O.livia - Santo Domingo

I hate to give a straight 1 star, but I want to help! my friends from los angeles and Italians flew in for a holiday. I have made such a dread about olivia that they agreed to share a meal and gather on old times. when we opened the front door, it was serious deafening. I couldn't hear a word from our recipeist. No one. we tried to stop the 2 vessels from taking our two cars (to taste each one of us to get it) but failed. I am a native tampanier and love everything the owner has ever opened and executed! I would like to support them, but there is a really serious problem with noise. I did not stay so that the low rating on anything but noise is not true. I couldn't write this without giving a star

The restaurant was not aware of the reservation made a week before by open table.

Our first visit, motivated by recommendations of a few friends, we had a great time! delicious food, good atmosphere, time to serve the food was fast and the service of juan carlos excellent santiago with its cordial service and very successful recommendations.
