Entre os banchan servidos, gostei dos de nabo apimentado, crocantes. Também tinha de acelga, caranguejo, batata ralada e massa branca. Pedi o he-dop-bap, uma combinação de peixe cru, folhas de gergelim (picante), nabo, alface, maçã e pepino. Coloca-se molho apimentado gochujang a gosto. Depois é só misturar tudo com a colher, inclusive o arroz. É como se fosse o casamento de um tirashizushi com um bibimbap. Achei bom, mas a sutileza do peixe fica perdida no meio de tanto sabor. Foi uma experiência diferente, no entanto não escolheria de novo esse prato. Apesar do nome sugestivo “Sashimi do Mar”, imagino que o forte da casa devem ser os caldos. Só se via isso nas poucas mesas.
