Contribuisci feedbackI put a delivery order. he never delivered it to me. When I called the load, the guy who worked there, hanged on me and they didn't want to pick up the phone. I never have my sandwich or my money back.
The Sunset Hills location is the absolute worst. For the third time in ~6 months, we’ve pulled up to order and they’ve been closed multiple hours before their scheduled closing time. This time there was a handwritten note saying “Sorry, closed early.” The other two times, not even a note. Will be going out of my way to visit other locations from now on.
Ordered and paid for food delivery. Got a message after 2+ hours that it was out for delivery. Never arrived. Third time this has happened (shame on me). Based on my experience and the reviews below, this is exactly how this location rolls.
They dropped the ball on my online order. Place it before noon, got a confirmation and NOTHING. Called the store-no answer. It 's 5:30 pm now and my order is out for delivery . This happened a few months ago as well- so twice. So this IS how they roll and according to the comments this happens A LOT. My suggestion is to hire technical support that is capable of fixing this problem. You 've had plenty of time.
I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time there was a hand-written sign over the drive through speaker that said closed early . Today there was 1 poor employee taking orders, making sandwiches, working the drive thru, taking deliveries, etc. She was doing a heroic job but I still waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes (it was not busy).
