We came here specifically because there is a special food sensitivity of Hamburger Steak. As in North American restaurants, this chain has a food allergy binding agent for cross control for allergens. The Hamburg steak could be made for a child size we ordered for our child. It is made without eggs, milk or wheat; also no question with peanuts. Our child hurled it down. Comes with rice, shredded salad and a tomato to cover the vegetables. Mayonaise and salad dressing on the side packages, but also without eggs or wheat. Pretty brilliant. Best part of the same price as regular Hamburg steaks! Note that it takes a little longer to make and operate 20 minutes.
