I'm an ex-kitchen. all kinds of food from 16 to 35. many countries plenty of kitchen. kitchen the size of the snow. Despite this size, everyone was constantly hitting each other. tonight I saw a kitchen of five cooks doing 60 covers in about 4 square meters. that's a little ballet. they'll get a table where they can see it. Definitely Spanish inspired. The dishes are atuned to the Japanese locals but it's not bad. It's a little crowded but not a bad place to start the night off.

Good selection of wines, spirits and cocktails. Their paella is a must to eat in Sapporo. The rest of the tapas are appealing on paper but very average once on your palate.
