I'm an ex-kitchen. all kinds of food from 16 to 35. many countries plenty of kitchen. kitchen the size of the snow. Despite this size, everyone was constantly hitting each other. tonight I saw a kitchen of five cooks doing 60 covers in about 4 square meters. that's a little ballet. they'll get a table where they can see it. Spanish cuisine in sapporo. do it well. they eat there, even if they were in barcelona or madrid, check it out. the steak is cooked to perfection hokkaido bark meat, mouth-melting. Oh yes, three different paella dishes! the right thing. the chefs have fun. they will also and they will not forget the culinary experience. the Spanish red wine selection is from its expectations.
Meal: Happy Hour Budget: ¥2,000/person Closest Station: Tanuki Koji Reservation Needed?: No Payment: Cash; Credit Card Kid Friendly?: No English Menu?: Yes A cozy and very cool restaurant with ¥500 happy hour drinks until 5:00 PM and very friendly staff! I just wish the food was better. Our oysters were fine, but our baked mushrooms were tasteless. Disappointing, considering that we really wanted to like this place!
Definitely Spanish inspired. The dishes are atuned to the Japanese locals but it's not bad. It's a little crowded but not a bad place to start the night off.
Good selection of wines, spirits and cocktails. Their paella is a must to eat in Sapporo. The rest of the tapas are appealing on paper but very average once on your palate.
