The restaurant is closed on Mondays. Went back on Tuesday and had the tomato broth. There is only 1 option for vegetarians. It seems that the lady boss has created this original soup base. The ramen was not usual ramen but the noodles was very nice. Overall, superb.

Not all vegan menu, but has vegan option. her tomato rays is very rich taste, and soy meat curry-don (rice toppep food) also delicious. you can enjoy curry-don as risotto with remaining suppe of rammen. wein also sweet and fresh taste. recommended! updated by previous review on 2022-04-02
