Contribuisci feedbackAlthough I wasn't a big fan of beer, last summer I had a life-changing encounter with Minoh Brewery's Weizen at Tsuki to Taiyo, a restaurant I visited for the first time. It was love at first sight! Since then, I have challenged myself to try other craft beers and have become a craft beer enthusiast. Tsuki to Taiyo feels like a place where the warmth of the owner, Mr. Moriya, has transformed into the atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff are happy to work there, and the food is delicious, creating a hospitable environment. It's like Disneyland! Even though it hasn't been a year yet, I have lost count of how many times I have been there. I will continue to visit in the future!
Recently, we held a "Potato Dish and Hokkaido Craft Beer Tasting Event" at the Environmental Interpreter Training Course. Mr. Moritani, Ms. Maeda, and all the staff were handsome and beautiful! The craft beer had a delicious and memorable taste, striving for "the best of today." The dishes were full of creative ideas, allowing us to experience a happy moment. It is a wonderful restaurant where happy memories linger.
This restaurant consistently offers a wide variety of craft beer, including local options and other selections. The food is high quality and they are always coming up with new offerings. The staff is excellent and the atmosphere is simple yet spacious, making it a relaxing bar perfect for beer lovers. I can't wait to go there again.
