I had the spicy oil ramen (500g) for the first time in a while and it was incredibly delicious! I think I could easily eat over 500g of it with no problem haha. It's the best oil ramen I've ever had. Highly recommend it! ´ω`

The restaurant specializes in boiled and dried dishes, which is quite commendable. If you're not averse to seafood, then this place is worth a visit. I opted for the boiled and dried ramen with thick noodles. I hesitated between thin noodles, but the thick curly noodles turned out to be the right choice, with a firm texture and delicious chewiness. I was skeptical about the pork fat, but it paired well with the lightness of the boiled and dried soup. The oil noodles also had a strong boiled and dried flavor. If you're not a fan of heavy oil noodles, this place might be a good option for you. I recommend waiting to break the egg yolk in half and then mixing it in halfway through to enjoy a change in flavor. I like my noodles with extra chili oil, and a dash of black pepper also complements the dish.

The richness of the dried fish broth is irresistible, haha! It tastes absolutely delicious!

煮干そばはちょっと苦い。 背脂煮干そばは酸っぱい白菜とレモンが入ってる。 太麺が選べるが、細麺の方がおすすめです。 油そばはお腹いっぱいになれる。 他のメニューは未食。
