The burgers are excellent. However, the waiting time of around 45 minutes made the experience less than pleasant. If the service were to become faster, i.e. less than 25 minutes from order collection, then it could be interesting to come to dinner here. Update: After more than 200 reviews of popular places in Italy and abroad, it's the first time I've been thought of as a liar and, honestly, it's not a good feeling. The facts are what I have told. The preparation times for a hamburger are known to everyone and easily allow them to be served within 25 minutes of ordering. This obviously in a place managed by catering professionals and organized with an adequate number of staff. However, I understand that there may be times when there is chaos in the kitchen but, in that case, it is the dining room staff who must manage the situation, alerting customers. Unfortunately this did not happen and made the experience negative. It seems good to me, but there are clearly things to improve. When I went there were not several things available, such as some juices, fish dishes and so on. I don't know if perhaps it was precise the day I went that there were no such things, but being the end of August, it is strange that there is no inventory. The site and the cleanliness, we must admit, are worth highlighting In the portion of empanadas there are 5. I would advise making only 3 empanadas and putting more filling in each one, so you don't eat so much dough. The arepa is very good, it has a super characteristic Latin flavor. Let's say I had very high expectations as it was a Latin restaurant, but it has more Italian things than Latin. But overall, good. I give one star because you can't give less, cold and hard meat. Incompetent waiter, who doesn't know the menu. Poor service. Extremely long waiting times, we waited an hour and a half just to get a cutting board. I'm just saying one thing, you can shut it down, you're terrible.
