Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Sapulpa

This was the worst experience I have ever had. It took 2.5 hours to receive my delivery of cold pizza. The pizza was ice cold. The service was terrible. I ordered dinner and paid $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 1 out of 10.

If you choose to get the salad bar, be prepared to wait at the counter for a while to get a fresh bowl. The children may be in the back playing and not paying attention to those at the counter. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1-10.

Unfortunately for the poor worker they were extremely understaffed. The one gentleman I interacted with was extremely pleasant. However, I was forced to use the drive thru and there was no menu posted anywhere in the drive thru. This being my first time there I had no idea what to order or even look for. Ended up getting a small cheese stick. Food was really good but they need a menu at the drive thru and to staff the place better. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Order delivery a 70 dollar order they didn't send our ranch and all the food was burnt the toasted ravioli was inedible the cheese sticks we're burnt the calzones we're burnt and I had to drive to store to get my ranch and everyone was wearing pajamas in the store except one guy wearing a uniform. And you could tell the girls running around in pajamas were on drugs it's was beyond obvious. Never again will I order from the sapulpa ok location ever. Food: 1 Service: 1

The pizza has greatly improved and is much better than before. I will definitely be back. Rating: Food 5, Service 4.
