Very bad experience we waited for 40 minutes to waiter for takes our order. They dont care the tables next to door. When the waiter take our order he dont listens it properly so our order came missing. Waiter was rude. 1/10 Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Totally wouldn’t recommend the Metropolis chains. Rude and inattentive waiters. Right, it’s not your area to serve but don’t ignore your customers just because they are not local! It’s busy, I get it but that’s part of the job, deal with it! If you’re not happy, quit! This outlet and the one along Maršala Tita are run by rude wait staff! Manolo, which is next door, is on the other hand a world apart. Equally busy but wait staff are polite, attentive, regardless of their ‘area’, they will serve you. Waited almost half an hour for a muesli bowl when others had their cooked meals served already. Please boycott this chain Service: 1
