Jersey Mike's Subs - Saraland

I'm unable to comment on the food since we decided to leave before placing our order. We were on a road trip and stopped by Jersey Mike’s for dinner. As we entered, my husband asked a question about the menu, but the employee responded with annoyance while making a sandwich. We tried to brush it off, thinking she was just irritated at being interrupted. However, when we moved to the counter to place our order, I noticed her glance our way, shaking her head with visible displeasure. The three employees there were quite standoffish, making us feel like an inconvenience right from the start. Ultimately, we chose to leave without ordering. I hope management has some form of oversight, as the staff working on August 9 around 6 PM definitely needs better customer service training.

My family and I love their spicy Italian subs and large kuna cheese steaks.

Compared to other JM restaurants, the food was excellent! The restaurant was clean, and my order was spot on.

Really enjoy my food it hot fresh and delicious but pricey!...You really don't mind when it worth it.

Love jersey mikes. Awesome, fresh food. The service is incredible. The workers are hard working and always friendly. The service itself is what brings me back each time. Never had a bad experience with jersey mikes. Highly Highly recommend jersey mikes if your looking for a sub,with fresh toppings,and freshly sliced meat.
