Little Caesars Pizza - Saraland

The older lady was very rude today. She was rude to her employee and me. I called my counterfeiter, but still. I guess it wasn't so fake. I didn't apologize for the situation, either said it looked funny. And the lady said she shouldn't accept my money next time. I'm not back.

I called in an order for 10 pizzas Friday afternoon at 1:30 on Saturday. They not only had the pizzas ready, but carried them out and they were HOT AND READY!! Go on!

I've made an order for pick-up at 9 a.m. after I was at work at 8:30 a.m., I placed the order at 7:45. When I arrived there, I waited until 9:00, when my order was to be ready, then it went inside. As soon as I came to the counter, I told the worker the name on the order and that it was an online order. Then he started telling me they didn't have any of the brownies so I couldn't get the one I ordered. He called his manager to ask what to do, then she told him I had to ask for a refund on the app. I asked if I could get something in exchange where she offered me just a pepperoni pizza instead. Even after I got what I thought, I was still one of my pizzas. So here it's like 9:15 and I have to wait for an item from my order. The workers in the back, who made the pizzas, did not wear gloves while touching the ingredients for the pizza, which is not only careless, but unprofessional.

Poor management. Eating was rough. The blankets in which fall, as well as leaks. Do not work very rudely behind closed doors. As a former worker they treat u terrible, threats, hours to cut. Works 12 hr. Shifts 15. Management is very chaotic and starts job problem together with its 13-year-old grandson who is not busy!! Not professional and dirty. Roof juice falls. In food and still it must serve as well as raw and old food. It is served. Do not work and eat here terrible work and place of business, as well as with old lunch combos. He was for a deep dish. Wait where long, because do not skip during the day. Management blames everything for their younger workers. And the dose doesn't listen.

Lost my order. Then they found it. Missed my extra toppings on my supreme. And the drive thru has WAY to many pot holes. However.....the people were nice and apologized. And what I did receive tasted very good.
