Fiddlehead Bistro (the) - Saranac Lake

The best I had in a very long time! it is modern, creatiw, reasonable and tasty. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Friends brought us to the fiddlehead bistro, because we are from the city. so glad they did it! the workers are lively, energetic and quick suggestions to offer when they can 't choose (and there are many of them to choose). light warning: if a product is marked as sharp, it is! the kitchen staff, of what we were told, how dinge that you listened to, but in good wise. the spicy improves the arome, but stays with them. only a fair warning! house cocktails are beautifully made, atmosphere is casual, but cozy. we ate inside because of the weather, but there is an outside space. all in all, a really great place to visit a great day of adirondacks, lake placid, lake saranac, and whoever they know in the opposite!

Excellent eating, service and ambiente. the menu changes weekly according to personal information. the staff was happy to describe the dishes and the food we selected was delicious. I didn't have 5 stars because there was no signage and I couldn't finish my night with an espresso martini the machine was apparently broken. Overall I recommend this little gem of a restaurant.

The food here is world class! Unbelievable flavor and service! Eclectic atmosphere. A little pricey and worth every penny.
