We came by this place, because we wanted to smoke a sisha. The is a little bit hidden. You need to climb the stairs to get to the place. It has a wide range of cocktails, but we didn't come in for that. I can't give a review about the cocktails. There is no food being served. Regarding the shisha. The prices are high. It's 2000 lek which makes it around 20 EURO. These are like double the prices what is normal. The flavours are limited. Just 6 flavours available and that's it. The setup is not that professional. They use a small electric stove (for home use) to light up the coals instead of using a charcoal oven. This takes a really long time. We waited 15 to 20 minutes before the sisha arrived. It should only take 2 to max 5 minutes. I must say that the sisha was good. It tasted great, but the ambience was mediocre.
