DO NOT ORDER PIZZA THROUGH THE WEBSITE! This place is terrible and ruined my birthday. We ordered pizza in advance through the website, but in the end, our order "didn't go through." They didn't even apologize and just credited us with 300 bonus points as compensation, and that was it. The celebration was ruined. They couldn't even offer an apology until I reached out to them everywhere possible; no one responded, and even the manager didn't bother to call back. It's just a dive.

Today, I had a disappointing experience while ordering a Caesar salad with shrimp. When the salad arrived, I discovered a long black hair on top. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they silently took the salad back, displaying dissatisfied expressions, and didn’t offer an apology. They merely muttered that they would remake it. When I requested to see the plate they had taken away, they complained that they had already thrown it in the trash. This leaves me only to speculate about their handling of the situation. The staff member was both incompetent and rude. I strongly encourage management to address the unprofessional behavior of their employees. I won’t be returning to this establishment, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Overall, it left a very negative impression.

If I’m not mistaken, there are several similar spots in Saransk! The interior is spotless and well-organized! There’s a delightful aroma of pizza that fills the whole place! However, I found the prices to be a bit steep for Saransk. That said, the most important thing is that the food is delicious!
