Island Fin Poke Company Winter Springs

My wife and I were thrilled to try this new restaurant in Sarasota, and it did not disappoint. At first, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the extensive selection, but our server was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process of building our bowls. We started with a base of rice and then moved on to an impressive variety of options, including salmon, shrimp, tuna, octopus, tofu, and yes, even that classic favorite, spam. This was just the beginning of an incredible journey through countless toppings and sauces. I’m not a math expert, so I can’t calculate the exact number of possible combinations, but I can confidently say you could eat here every day for a year without repeating the same meal. All the ingredients were extremely fresh, and the texture, crunch, and flavors exceeded my expectations – my wife agreed completely. The staff was wonderful, and we’re already planning our next visit!

I would rate it a perfect 10/10. Additionally, the staff is extremely pleasant and they always inform you if there's an extra charge before adding it, which is a nice touch. This is one of the best poke bowls I've ever had, especially compared to places like Pacific Rim and Ginza."

We’ve been back several times in the past few weeks because this place is absolutely fantastic! The customer service is top-notch from the moment you walk in, and the food is incredibly delicious. One bowl is plenty for two people to share, which makes it a great value, but I could easily finish a whole bowl on my own! Everything is so fresh, and I always have a wonderful experience here. I highly recommend it!
