The hostess had a terrible attitude, not even a hint of peasantry. Our waiter was exactly the same, cold as ice. Never asked how our meals were, or if we needed anything. Worst steak I ever had, no flavor, way under cooked. My wife couldn't even eat hers. This Outback gives the brand a bad name. Will never return..
We always find the food good here. During Covid pandemic took takeout several times to help keep them in business. Last night was good food but unfortunately almost every waiter and bus person in the place had a mask on worn under their chin. If you’re going to wear a mask it should be worn properly or don’t wear one at all I appreciate a place that respects that they’re going to many different tables and having a mask would be appreciated. Again food was good and social distancing was good as well we had a booth.
Honestly, sometimes I wonder about people. Granted anyone can have a bad experience in any given restaurant, but when you get 3 dinners FOR FREE and then have to nerve to knock this place.....right away we know these people were just out for a freebie. I hope they never return, but they will definitely pull this stunt at another place, believe me! This is a wonderful eatery, yes right now they are understaffed like most restaurants in this area, but give them a break, will you. They are doing the best they can with what little help they have.; I just loooooove this place. Last night I had a wonderful LOBSTER/FILET MIGNON dinner while my friend Victor tried the SIRLOIN STEAK with something added, but I forget what it was....anyway, we both looooved our dinners. Lisa waited on us as if we were the only customers there (we were not! She always makes us feel extra special and so we come here not only for the great food, but the wonderful service we receive each and every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
So, went here for a family dinner last week around 7.30 pm. 3 of us. It was busy but staff seemed helpful and reasonably responsive but were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Ordered 3 steaks. These were the worst steaks we have ever experienced. (I have travelled the world on business and eaten in many Outbacks before). Two Rib Eye that were just lumps of glutinous fat over seasoned with salt to the point of being brine tasting. The other was a classic prime rib. Ordered medium to well. It was served pretty much roar. Sent back for re cooking and retuned 15 mins later having been untouched and still roar and cold. All veg and fried were all cold. I told my family to leave the food and called for the manager. I told him the food was in edible and he agreed !! He said he would not charge us for any of the food ordered and we only paid for the wine consumed. A shockingly bad experience from the kitchen. Having said that the staff and the manager were perfectly good about the whole thing. Wont be returning.
