Arby's - Sarasota

Wow, that was one of the worst meals I ever had from this restaurant. the fries where it's over or has been sitting for hours. where completely dried and hard. the meat was so far as it was almost black and the cuff was chew. You can never go in to talk to someone. we saw other customers with the same question. the one went through the drive and they still did not believe it right. they never have ours or repaired. I will not go back there.

Okay, so normally this place is not terrible, but recently quality has dropped dramatically. I ordered a French dip. when I got it after I was in how for min and I was only the third car in the line that was sandwich was room temperature and the Auju(not sure how to spell it) wasn't even warm. it was not mixed at all.

I wish I had empathy for this place, but I just can't. they flatter us and refuse to give an appropriate refund. we've been following her for a week. this place needs to close their online order app easily and easily. they run out of products and no one angry with anyone who ordered online and then get a posture when they called it. I had written a number on print paper that called me what I did. Ha, what did well. there are refunds for the management of thoughts that are ridiculous, I will call my bank and filetrug specifically in this business. simply close the load down and let them go the terrible personal to another company and get real training.

Arbys are far and few here, so if I give one, I almost always turn in. I love the little rb sandwich with arbys sauce and dont forget the horse sauce together. yummm. they can only be quite surprised with the rub it is very tasty, good in size and easy to chew not hard meat. they even give you swirled Rye bread. this arby’s interior eating is closed, there was a good line at the drive thru, lunch time, but the line moves.

Drive thru only for last MONTHS, they have no desire to have dine in business. Most work trucks can't fit the drive thru. On top of no dine in this location makes up it's own hours. Can't get through to any supervisor.
