Brewster’s Tavern - Sarasota

I don't typically give low ratings, but I feel it's warranted in this case. The main issue here was the excessive amount of sauce. It was so overpowering that it made the bun soggy, drenched my fries, and covered the bottom of the takeout container. While I understand that some may prefer this presentation, I found it to be too much. The fries were dry and lacking flavor, aside from a hint of pepper. I don't plan on returning, but I can see why some may enjoy it. The location downtown is convenient, and it's likely a popular spot. However, the food itself doesn't rank among my top choices.

This restaurant is very relaxed and offers great deals on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I visited on a Tuesday and Friday, where they had specials on tacos and burgers respectively. For just $12.99, you get a taco or burger with a choice of side and drink (including domestic beer, wine, soda, or juice). The tacos were delicious and the burgers were juicy. They also offer a selection of craft beer. In addition, they have outdoor seating and entertainment options like darts and a pool table.

I have visited this restaurant several times already. I really enjoy their $1 Wing Wednesday deal, which also includes a drink. During my most recent visit, I tried the Rodeo Burger, and it was incredibly tasty. The interior ambiance is very pleasant, and there is also outdoor seating available. I highly recommend this place.

This is a welcoming bar that compliments delicious burgers with well mixed drinks. Food here is done right, and as a local this is my hang out spot. The staff here is beyond friendly and love to make delicious custom drinks. Highly recommended. *Especiallyrecommended when Jordan is hosting.
