Culver's - Sarasota

We waited a long time for someone to take our order, and then we had to wait even longer for our food. We weren't served promptly, so we checked on our order to see what was causing the delay. We found our food sitting on the counter, just waiting for the onion rings. Unfortunately, by the time we received it, our food was cold. We've dined at Culver's #511 several times before without any issues, but it seemed like there just weren't enough staff to handle the Friday night rush. We’re unlikely to return. Additionally, the ladies' bathroom was in poor condition.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the environment is quite clean. However, I noticed that some of the staff seem to have a negative attitude towards white customers, and the wait times can be quite long. I recommend it if you enjoy dishes like cheese curds or chicken items, but be prepared for service from young staff members who may not be very attentive, reminiscent of those who didn't quite succeed at a place like Chick-fil-A.

The food is generally quite good. However, the fish sandwich was disappointing—it came on a large bun with a small piece of fish. It felt like they might have either forgotten to add more fish or used the wrong size bun. This doesn't seem quite right. On a positive note, the staff members were very friendly.

I went there with my friend and we had a pleasant experience. The staff were attentive and nice. The food came out quickly. I had the vegetable burger with Broccoli and I would definitely order it again. My friend had the chicken pliers and it came with a variety of sauces. The landscape and cleanliness inside was on point. The bathrooms were clean.

The food was decent, and immediately fell in love with their root beer. Unfortunately, I cannot give this visit five stars because when I walked through the front door you were hit with a raw sewage smell that was emanating from the bathrooms. As this is our year we trip if we return next year and the issues gone I will definitely update my review.
