Contribuisci feedbackI had a fantastic time enjoying some beer and swinging clubs. Erica, the manager, is incredible; she’s very helpful and will guide you in whatever direction you need. I definitely plan on returning because I love the vibrant atmosphere, especially as someone who works in the industry.
I'm confused...why do these restaurants hire teenagers that have a massive attitude? I asked the cashier long haired blond teen looking girl if I could get an eta on how long my order would take and she threw me the biggest attitude. No thank you, I'm done taking **** from teenage cashiers when they get asked for the SIMPLEST of tasks. This was the last straw, next time I'll be turning into a Karen and asking to speak with a manager. No wonder the world is full of Karen's, look how customers get treated by these kids? If you don't care about your job don't work there! It's simple, you obviously don't need the job. I'm fully done with this Evie's location. Absolute terrible customer service.
Drove to Evie's from Parrish this afternoon with our dogs as we always used to. Sat outside about 10 to 12 feet from the outside bar. Female server/ bartender saw us when we walked in and sat down but didn't acknowledge us at all. She went about her business waiting another table and then proceeded to serve drinks to anyone who walked up to the bar. After about 10 minutes I walked inside and inquired if they had any other staff who could wait on us because the bartender was ignoring us. I was told that there was no table service and that we would have to order from the bar. I responded that that information would have been helpful to know and questioned why the bartender could not have notified us of that or why there wasn't any signage informing patrons. We left because it didn't seem as if anyone cared about our lack of service. With all the other options available these days, I'm less likely to continue to spend my money in establishments that hire staff that are either lazy or not willing to recognize patrons or just plain have an attitude. I won't be back.
Last night, three of us dined inside the restaurant and encountered an issue with a large palmetto bug on our table shortly after our food arrived. We had to ask a waiter who wasn’t assigned to us for assistance, and he kindly helped us relocate to another table. However, we were disappointed that our server didn’t bother to ask why we had to move, nor did a manager come to apologize for the situation. We also warned the next group about the large roach before they sat down at that table. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
What a rude nasty man named Charlie behind the bar went into tonight to have wings with my 9 yr old just like many times before and sat at the bar and was told my daughter couldn't eat at the bar? Funny that every time I have been there we have sat at the bar to eat with no issues. Charlie states it's a company policy? So drive another 5 minutes for better wings at hooters no issue sitting at the bar for anyone especially a lazy bartender who doesn't want to work
