Contribuisci feedbackI had the combination fajitas. Delicious and definitely authentic cooking. The price was correct and much for a person. There were too many green paprika in the meal. Would have wanted more onions and tomatoes. Beans were good and there was a bottle of sauce. I'd recommend that.
The food here is truly authentic! I had the shrimp soup, which was incredible, and my wife ordered the Fajita Pollo, which was also amazing! There are plenty of meal options, and the portion sizes are very generous. They also offer a selection of beer, wine, and Jarritos, among other drinks.
When we walked in, the place was bustling, and I instantly knew we were in for a great meal—the aroma wafting from the open kitchen was incredible. My friend and I don't speak much Spanish, which caused a bit of a delay. The first staff member who tried to assist us didn’t seem to understand English and started speaking in Spanish. The confused look on my friend's face as he grabbed the menu to point might have led her to think we weren't ready yet. Nonetheless, the wait was absolutely worth it. I was too eager to dig into my pork chops with onions to snap a photo, but I hope my empty plate speaks volumes about how much I enjoyed it. One of the kitchen staff noticed us using hot sauce and kindly brought over a house-made sauce that was likely diablo, based on my previous experiences! I just couldn't stop eating, even past the point of being full. I’ll definitely be back!
I went because they had told me how rich his Mofongo was, but that disappointment the bananas were ripe and had no salt, we didn't eat it and we paid 66 dollars, the cold and hard chicharrones, I told the waitress but he just said so they are and did nothing to fix it, a lot of food but it wasn't good,
I'm not sure why this restaurant appeared in the top Google search results. We waited over 15 minutes just to place our order, after trying to do so at a sign that indicated where to order, only to be directed back to our table by staff who spoke only Spanish. We tried to split a combination fajitas dish, but it was a challenge to request extra plates, tortillas, and salsa that wasn't just marinara sauce. Even settling the bill took a while, as we struggled to communicate that we wanted to leave. I could have overlooked these issues if the food had been worth it, but unfortunately, it was not. Perhaps I'm just used to more authentic places in Michigan, but I definitely won't be returning.
