Mcdonald's - Sarasota

I was just there to consider my own business when the black guy with dreads opens the window and looks at me and says: "Where are the pretty girls man" and slams it in my face. why someone would talk to someone like that, I have no idea, but I am really disgusting

In the morning the staff is always super beautiful and fast with coffee and sandwiches. my last visit on the afternoon I was greeted with the most beautiful smile and very fast service.

This mcdonald’s is very friendly believe that it is in the order my order on the first window l o u she is very sweet she knows what I want her knows what I like her what I love, and also the dame that makes my coffee knows what I want to know that it’s ordering me and always gives me my sugar and stroh and I suggest that they use this definitiwald’s

These mcdonald’s place absolutely amazing they always have their order right in the drive thru and always have the right amount of sauce included all in it deserves an increase.

Horrible customer service! Specifically the manager on staff at the time. The employees were understanding and apologetic. The manager however had the worst attitude and didn't care about the customer's food or time. I won't say his name but late night manager on weekdays. McDonald's, please tighten up.
