My wife and I were here about 7 years ago and decided to come back this year. It has aged and needs an update to its furniture. It has definitely aged some, but still the same big drinks. Take a look at the old fashion in the way it is delivered. Like it's a medical bottle.

The best reason to visit Sarasota! The cocktail list has a variety of rotating seasonal ingredients, and they always seem to try something new or unique! We only saw this birch liqueur in her shelves last week – I had never seen an Icelandic liqueur. So happy that this place has been strong for many years. Well worth waiting for weeks, but the best time to visit is definitely in the week.

The atmosphere was great! The drinks were extremely unique. This place is a must to stop when you are in the area.

I have been to a fair amount of speakeasy/secret type of bars such as Ciro’s, the ambience of walking down the alley way up to Pangea’s door had me feeling a bit dangerous (in a positive way). The young man that took our names down for the reservation was very nice and professional, he was also our waiter for the night. The drinks were fairly priced and exceptionally delicious; we ended up ordering some Chai’s and Jack w/coke. The atmosphere of the inside was calming and friendly with the table next to us sharing jokes back and forth. Overall amazing bar and I would definitely return again!
