Choose your taste, choose to mix, choose your type of cream. They mix it in a metal shell and then freeze it with nitrogen. I remembered Mr. Freeze. The ice cream is hard and in a cone or a cup. Very delicious and funny!
Being a Vegan can present a challenge when it comes to non-dairy ice cream. But Sub Zero Ice Cream really comes through. They have dairy and non-dairy (Ripple non-dairy with pea protein) both. And they can mix in multiple add-in options. Would highly recommend!!
So yummy and so COOl to watch them make your ice cream right in front of you. They start with a dairy or dairy free base (liquid) add the toppings and then mix it with liquid nitrogen to make ice cream. The flavor for the dairy and vegan options were equitable and both very delicious. Would highly recommend! My boys loved seeing their ice cream being made with the liquid nitrogen.
The owner was pleasant, all the flavors we tried were delicious, and you get to watch your flavorings turn into an ice cream in a large puff of nitrogen smoke.
