Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Sarasota

On vacation in Sarasota and where do we go have dinner?! Our hotel mentioned Tommy Bahamas.

They've utterly ruined it This was the Ralph Lauren Restaurant of the South.

O.M.G.!!! We just finished amazing meal at Tommy Bahama - and usually I avoid commercially-themed, chain restaurants.

The atmosphere was good, the noise level was ok, the food was missing. The service was very good, nice waiters and reception! The sweetness of the sauces in our Mexican food was very different and not good! Even the salsa for the fries was more like spaghetti, how do you mess up something simple like salsa ??? We think the worst was the enchilada sauce, sweet sauce, cinnamon doesn't go with enchiladas, I don't care if it's California, it doesn't taste good, sorry !!!!!!

I love this place! Your salsa is excellent and the mole is wonderful too. I eat here every time I am in Laguna Beach.
