The Flys in this place are reminiscent of a street vendor in a third world country. All the napkin holders are empty. The expresso machines are SO load and so close to the order counter that you can 't hear the gal behind the counter. If you 're not in the know you 're not really welcome. I have visited this restaurant multiple times when I visit my family in Eagle Mountain. The food and drinks have been consistently good, and the customer service has always been courteous. However, I am finding myself less inclined to choose this location for coffee/snacks in the future due to the unusually long wait times in the drive-thru. Despite visiting at different times of day and levels of busyness, the wait is consistently long, even when I am the only one in line. Although the staff is friendly and the food and drinks are tasty and reasonably priced, the service time is longer than expected. It is surprising that they haven't made improvements considering how long they have been open. Another odd detail is that they hand out a large clipboard for card payments in the drive-thru, which seems outdated. Overall, the staff is friendly, the food is good, but the wait times in the drive-thru may deter me from returning in the future. Most incompetent staff of any B&B I've been to. Incorrect orders and extremely long waits for a single drink. Weekend staff is the worst. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
