Beans Brews Coffeehouse

I'm tired of trying this place. their ice cream mix (which is the root of all that frozen and all that is not a latte) is so bad. it is bad enough that they have to rely on sweet aromen to mask it. I have tried several times their ice cream with low/no aromas and cream, and it is always a miss. a coffee house that depends on sweet aromen to cover their badly roasted/selected beans should not be proud of their cold coffee. Please note that they take their ice cream mix back into the table. I would like to drink someone from company the icy coffee with little to no sugar and say it tastes good the mix is just bad. it is weak, sour and it is missing every body. I'm hard for dramatic purposes.

I love the coffee here and it is always a good service! the reward program is also great!

What is that for a guard and brews?! through the drive thru, ordered two drinks and two breakfast items. was not informed until after paid that they had not beaten any cream or cheese for eating. one of the drinks was a frappy and honest, it came out of the window, like brown colored water with cloby white fabric swimming at the top and thick sluggish brown gown at the bottom - as it was sitting in someone's car for eight days straight. frappes should be mixed drinks, right?! like what diets and any other coffee maker served? I mean, this shows it on the website. No, I get sludgie, sweet water. and I'm so disappointed about the breakfast sandwich. I don't even know where to start. I can't believe we've even wasteed a cent here. will not make this mistake again! and honestly I do not recommend them either.

The last time I go to this place. my man has a croissant and I ordered a burrito. both were soggy and mushy. it was all in my burrito and nothing else. I honestly can't believe I paid for it, and that's really sad that they took a long time.

Lattes always taste kind of burned (not sure if it's actually burned or poor quality beans) and the workers are told not to make brewed (drip) coffee after 1pm... at a coffee house... ?*UPDATE*We have come back to this location quite a few times and management seems to have fixed these issues! Thanks, Beans!
