Burger King - Saratoga Springs

The fast drive-thru service at this restaurant is excellent. The employee, Divine, who was at the window did a fantastic job ensuring my order was correct and greeted me with a big, friendly smile. If you are ever in the Saratoga Springs, Utah area, make sure to stop by this establishment.

I ordered the speckmelt but received something completely different. They even confirmed my online order when I arrived, but it was still wrong. I don't live close by to simply return it. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. This seems to happen every time I come to this restaurant - incorrect, cold, or missing items on every visit. Once again, very disappointed. The first picture shows what I ordered, while the second and third images show what I actually received, including a long stem from the jalapeños.

The young employees working at the restaurant tonight were under a lot of stress, but they did a great job handling it. Despite a shift manager who was not very supportive, they took on their responsibilities with politeness and professionalism. I wish I had gotten their names to commend them personally. The wait time was long, but understandable given that there were only three of them working. It's unfortunate that some customers were unkind, but patience and understanding are important. It's important to remember the challenges these young workers face, and I hope they are treated better in the future.

The customer service at this location in burger king is the best thing I had in an almost food restaurant. the employee I most interacted with was incredibly friendly and the staff went out of the way to make sure I had a good experience in my memory when I left the restaurant.

This is a very good place if you want to eat some yummy burgers. I love this place because their burgers are pretty big and if you have coupons which you can find online you can get for example a family bundle for only $13! This is a very good place if you want to eat something delicious and only pay cheap.
