Café Zupas - Saratoga Springs

Absolutely disgusting food. Fake and full of chemicals. I write this review in the middle of the night because this trash has made me so sick I can't sleep. The quality of food here is less than that of regular fast food.

Cold soup, not high quality food, not great service, not very clean, I have liked Zupas but this was my first time in Saratoga Springs and it wasn't good at all

I know this location is still new, which is why I didn't give it 1 star, but I really hope they get better. I've ordered twice, and all the food both times had incorrect or missing ingredients (some of which cost extra amd didn't get included). It's really frustrating because I can see the same order slip they used to make the order (they tape it to the box) and it includes exactly what I ordered, but it's like they didn't even read it.

Always reliably delicious food, our go-to in Saratoga. The customer service here is always next level too, everyone we have interacted with is super friendly and accommodating. We forgot to order a drink one time, went back through and they just gave us one for free. 10/10 recommend, thanks for the great service and delicious food!

I couldn’t dream up a more disorganized staff population. My advice? At the very least, hire a few experienced, driven ADULTS that can keep the slack teenagers in order and on top of things. I do not jest when I say it is like a staff room in there. Please do not supports this business if only for the fact that they scam you of your money and time.
