Noodles And Company - Saratoga Springs

Usually I enjoy the food here. Today I ordered the Mac and cheese and had it delivered. They put unmelted cheese, grilled chicken and noodles into the bowl with no sauce. It was disgusting and inedible. My husband's Mac and cheese order was just fine, so I know they had access to the sauce. I've ordered it before with no issues. Spending $15 on something inedible is incredibly disappointing.

Lily was actually the best worker I’ve ever seen. I was truly inspired by the work she did.

Noodles were not cooked very well. Pesto sauce was very salty

Second time coming here. I don’t remember how the service was last time, but this time I really loved how quick and easy my order was. Maybe because I came at 3pm and it was a lot less busy. Wait time was about 4 minutes so really not bad! Loved the service, she was so sweet. My kids love noodles and comp wherever we go so it’s our #1 go to when it comes to fast food/noodles. I know for sure they’ll eat it.

Used to be decent gluten free offerings but they changed their menu.
