Phila Fusion - Saratoga Springs

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant with their pad Thai and Thai iced tea. They offer an impressive variety of Asian dishes, ranging from General Tso’s chicken to Ramen, and even Peking Duck! It’s remarkable for a place that specializes in fresh homemade noodles to have such a diverse menu. The pad Thai has a rich flavor that's hard to achieve—it's the kind of taste that comes from expertly seasoned grilling. It’s not fishy at all, possibly because they skip the fish sauce, which is one of the reasons I’m so fond of it. Other places just can’t compare to Phila Fusion’s pad Thai. My personal favorite is the Kao Soi, which features a coconut curry sauce with lo mein noodles, chicken, and paprika. When served hot, it’s more like a soup, but when chilled in the refrigerator, it turns into a delicious curry—you get the best of both worlds! And when it comes to Thai iced tea, they don’t hold back on the cream, which really makes it special for me.

I dined there on the weekend for dinner, and the atmosphere was calm and lovely. The prices were quite reasonable. I tried the pad Thai, which was delicious. The waitstaff were very kind and attentive. I would definitely return, especially to try their lunch menu.

The food here is excellent—fresh and generous sushi portions that are beautifully presented. Both the soups and ramen were outstanding. The bathroom was clean, which is always a plus, and the tables are well spaced apart. The waitstaff were very friendly and quick. I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful family dinner here last weekend. The whole food was cooked to order, came hot and fresh, and was delicious! I recommend both General Tso Chicken and Pad Lake Ew. Much variety, great if you have a big party.

Just moved here from Las Vegas I’m so hard to please …But this Restaurant has a Nice ambiance, great service, and great is delish.
