I give this place 2 stars. I felt like it was a bit over priced for what I ordered. The wings tasted ok. But the fries tasted as if they had been reheated... like by a microwave. Very disappointed, especially with being a first time costumer. Really the only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is bc my husband said that the guy at the counter was really nice.
I absolutely love Wings Over. I'm quite sad that the Albany location has closed, as it was much closer. However, on those rare occasions when I'm really craving their wings, it's definitely worth the hour and a half round trip. All the flavors are fantastic, and even after such a long drive home, the wings are still warm. I've never had any issues with the service, but I have to take off one star because they often forget to include my blue cheese. I need to start remembering to double-check that it's included before I leave.
No one seems to answer the phone! If this happened just once, it would be understandable, but it's been inconsistent every time I've tried to call for pickup or delivery orders. This is the third time I've attempted to place an order, each on a different day, and I end up calling multiple times within 10 to 20-minute intervals before finally giving up and ordering from somewhere else. This is not good customer service. If you're unable to handle delivery, please remove that option from your website.
This place is a complete disappointment. Wings over Saratoga claims to be open until 10 PM, but when I called at 8:30 PM to place an order, my call was answered and then abruptly hung up. No big deal, right? So I tried calling again, and it happened once more after ringing five times. I tried again after seven rings, and the same issue occurred. After waiting about 10 minutes, I called again and was disconnected after just two rings. Each time, I could hear some noise or conversation in the background. If I owned this franchise, I would definitely think about replacing the staff at this location. They clearly struggle with customer service.
