Taco Bell - Saratoga Springs

The staff and management at this restaurant are incredibly kind and courteous. Even during the busy lunch rush, they remained calm during my interactions with them. They were not only quick with my order but also got my customized request right. Keep up the fantastic work! :-D

Maria, who was working in the drive-thru this morning (6/28), was incredibly kind and had a wonderful attitude! I had just come from the dentist, and she really went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate her efforts!

This Taco Bell is the best in the area. On the rare occasions when they make a mistake, they not only correct it but also provide you with coupons for your next visit. The survey site is difficult to navigate, so I just want to give a shout-out to Nicole for her excellent service.

They ruined my life. I ordered 3 extra fiesta potatoes with extra sauces and instead of putting the sauces in my potatoes like they should have they instead gave me 16 containers of sauces and didn’t give me any of the extra things I ordered. My life is in shambles. What am I ever going to do with 16 sauce containers. I am lost in the sauce.

I've worked at this location before, it's run solely by a skeleton crew who couldn't pass a drug test if their kids lives depended on it. I get food here once a year as a treat to myself and half the order was wrong and the other half was completely missing, y'all couldn't even cut the quesadilla or add the mods I paid for when it takes literally 3 extra seconds? Are the managers too concerned with line times that they'd rather just comp replacements? Don't bother, go to Moe's or even better a real place if you just want some tacos. It's been like this for many, many years.
