Stayed overnight, room is ok, food is ok but limited dine in area although your allowed to eat on your room. outside dining space is limited, its just besides the kalesa where the talking parrot is. quite fun and enjoyable to but i hope you dont mind someone calling you panget while eating though Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Pool 5/10. A bit murky needs proper cleaning. Rooms are old. Fairly clean. Needs improvement. Staff greets you but just looks out of obligation. Good place to unwind alone but I wont recommend for a family vacation. Food is good Service: Dine in

The resort hotel seems neglected. We checked in in a room to find cobwebs on the ceiling, damage lavatory faucet and squeky floor tiles, after complaint they transfer us to another room which has damage shower head too, toilets bowls are dirty and clogged, we end up using the public toilet in the pool area which are dirty too, and ask the staff to bring us plunger so we our selves can do something about it, the maintenance was not properly done everywhere, it seems that the room attendants dont do their work well with reporting damage facilities to the front desk or the management. What I am more upset about is the pictorial for my niece’s wedding long nefore we do that I call to ask if there is additional charges if we will do a pictorial on the resort and they were like no its already free, soon after the pictorial they charge us 1500 pesos for that, I can accept that there might be mistake on that but charging another 100 pesos for every person that comes in with the pictorial like the camera man, make up artist and the designers are already too much and unacceptable! There are other shortcomings also with the rules and regulations of the hotel which we cannot bear but we have no choice but to stay because thats the only place near to our scheduled activities, I hope they will improve it back to its former glory because its the only hotel resort in sariaya that represents the culture and heritage of the town!
